The service attitude was excellent, but the efficiency of Saudi staff is relatively low. The entire car pickup procedure took around 40 minutes. The vehicle's condition was quite poor, with many stains on the seats. The car's performance was weak, and pressing the accelerator caused significant jerking, making overtaking nearly impossible.
There were many people renting cars, but we had prepaid through QEEQ, so the car pickup was fast.
