The service attitude was excellent, but the efficiency of Saudi staff is relatively low. The entire car pickup procedure took around 40 minutes. The vehicle's condition was quite poor, with many stains on the seats. The car's performance was weak, and pressing the accelerator caused significant jerking, making overtaking nearly impossible.

The car wasn't full of fuel when I picked it up, and they wouldn't refund me the extra fuel I added when returning it. After some arguments, they said the fuel cost covered the overtime fee, so I didn't have to pay it. In reality, they actually lost 15 SAR. I really can't understand the logic of Saudis.
My previous rental experiences from Budget were very good, however this time the model / brand i booked was not available. instead of upgrading my booking to a better model they gave me a smaller car for the same price.
It was my first time renting a car, and I encountered a situation where the store claimed they couldn't find my prepaid order in their system and asked me to cancel and re-sign the contract on-site. It's frustrating. I hope the system integration improves in the future.
