The car wasn't full of fuel when I picked it up, and they wouldn't refund me the extra fuel I added when returning it. After some arguments, they said the fuel cost covered the overtime fee, so I didn't have to pay it. In reality, they actually lost 15 SAR. I really can't understand the logic of Saudis.
The service attitude was excellent, but the efficiency of Saudi staff is relatively low. The entire car pickup procedure took around 40 minutes. The vehicle's condition was quite poor, with many stains on the seats. The car's performance was weak, and pressing the accelerator caused significant jerking, making overtaking nearly impossible.
It's very convenient to see the counter right after exiting the airport.
