Rented a car for a week at $55 per day. Extended the rental for another 5 days, but the price went up to almost $80 per day, which is very disappointing.

I booked a SUV and I literally got a 4 wheel drive hatch back. Very underpowered. I had questions about EZ pass. The staff brushed off the questions and said I had to deal with a 3rd party pass plate. Not very impressed. When I dropped off the car I had to pick up another car. They just gave me the same crap car back to me as they said they had nothing else left.
