I booked a GULF model on the Zuzuche website, but ALAMO informed me that this model was unavailable at pickup and offered a different model instead. They also required a €2000 insurance deposit (even though I had purchased comprehensive insurance on the Zuzuche site). I don't understand why. It's been over ten days since I returned, and the €2000 deposit is still frozen.
1. Took the car away early and didn't return it; 2. Multiple contact attempts were ignored; 3. Both parties shifted responsibility without resolution; 4. Poor vehicle quality, had a flat tire and no spare tire; 5. Charged the full amount in advance, but didn't provide a car for the last 5 days, and nobody addressed this issue to date.
