The airport pickup was punctual, and they confirmed the return one day in advance via WhatsApp. I had seen comments saying you need to wash the car before returning, but I asked the staff and they said it wasn't necessary, with no additional charges. The deposit was refunded quickly, the very next day. Originally booked a PRIUS, thinking it would be more reliable and a hybrid, but they actually provided a Scion. It had some minor modifications and looked quite stylish. However, due to historical fuel issues, the car had some small problems—the non-power steering made driving a bit tiring. Still, it was a unique experience.
Extremely dissatisfied due to the rental company's negligence, which caused the border crossing documents to become invalid, resulting in the vehicle being detained at customs. There was no compensation afterward, and the issue was not resolved by the rental platform. Very disappointing.
The condition of the car when received was worrying, especially since we were renting it for over ten days. 130,000 kilometers, many scratches on the car, the maintenance reminder light was always on, and the left headlight was not functioning.
Had the car for just one day, forgot to turn off the lights, and the battery died. The rental company quickly sent someone to resolve it.
