I rented a car from this company and extended the rental twice. During the first pickup, the female staff at the front desk was very friendly and professional, providing a car in excellent condition. The second extension was smooth as well, and I kept the same car. However, during the third extension, the front desk staff was an older gentleman who insisted on giving me a different car. It took over 20 minutes to switch to a car with less-than-ideal condition. On the third day of driving, the car's battery died after parking for two hours near the Acropolis. I contacted the rental company, and they sent someone (on a motorcycle) to jump-start the car. I immediately requested a battery replacement or a different car. After driving to the rental company's location near the airport, their technician claimed that the battery issue was my fault and asked me to pay for the replacement. After a 20-minute discussion during which my group strongly insisted, the company replaced the battery (which took only five minutes), and the car worked fine thereafter. Returning the car was the most tedious process I've ever experienced—various inspections were done repeatedly, causing the return process to take about 30 minutes. Overall, my experience was good, but there were issues with the attitude and methods of certain staff members.
Foi uma péssima experiência com o serviço. No processo de locação estava disponível horário de reserva às 7 horas e que deveríamos ligar no telefone fornecido para o encontro com a operador. Nada funcionou, estava tudo fechado e o telefone fornecido não recebia ligações. Ficamos 1 hora esperando no aeroporto sem qualquer contato e depois de muitas pesquisas na internet encontramos o endereço da Surface, que só operava à partir das 8h. Perdemos mais de 1 hora e chegamos a acreditar que havia fraude no serviço pois ninguém respondia chat e nem havia qualquer telefone para contato. Nem da surface nem da QeeQ.
They forced me to buy insurance, saying they would cancel the booking if I refused. I had no choice but to comply because being in such a remote area without a car would be very inconvenient. Initially, they told me the insurance would cost an additional 19 euros per day, but when I paid with my card, it turned out to be 27 euros per day. When I questioned why the price was higher than the agreed 19 euros, they claimed there had been a mistake and that the card charge was correct. Beware of this!
On the second-to-last day of the car rental, I mentioned extending for two more days. Without any communication, they charged an additional 2,500 dirhams as a deposit. After canceling, no one followed up on refunding the deposit.

The staff did not help with any of my questions and immediately want to sell me more insurance and other products. But when I asked a question about the additions the answer was: I can't comment on that, you choose. Yes or no. Sign one of the papers you choose to take. Very unfriendly staff in general and I always has a feeling of getting ripped off.

Amazing costumer experience. My flight was postponed 2 times in my departure day. When I made contact through there customer service chat they took charge in calling the rental company to explain my delay and push back my pich up times.
I asked them several times to issue an invoice, but they still haven't done it. When I came to pick up the car, the Audi Q5 was not available. Instead, they gave me a very small and light Skoda. I was picking up my boss, and I needed a better car like the Audi Q5. After insisting, they finally agreed to change the car. It seems like there's forced consumption or upselling involved. Additionally, when you pick up the car, they tell you not to worry too much about small scratches and avoid taking photos. However, when you return the car, they thoroughly inspect it for minor scratches. If you don’t have photos as evidence, they might charge you for damages.
This rental location does not offer 24-hour drop-off service. It opens at 7 AM, which could be problematic if you have an early flight. Suggest clarifying this.
The car was in poor condition, full of damages. The pre-authorization of 1,100 euros was directly charged 26 days after returning the car, without any documents or communication. Now I have to resolve this through Zuzuche.
No one answered the phone when we tried to pick up the car, and we had to wait for two hours before getting the vehicle. During drop-off, their staff were not on-site, and we waited for half an hour for them to arrive, which delayed my check-in. Extremely poor service awareness and capability.
Do not rent from this company! Absolutely terrible! I booked a car and arrived at the airport, but there were no cars available! No one responded in the end! Waited for over 2 hours!
