Based on the highest-rated reviews, my actual experience was as follows: The staff were very polite during pickup, but the car I received was in terrible condition, with numerous dents and scratches and over 125,000 kilometers driven. They mentioned it was the last car available unless I paid extra to upgrade. Here, I want to specifically address their after-sales service: 1. The car broke down during the trip, and with the help of a kind local, we found out that the battery was dead, and there was no engine oil left. This shows the rental company lacks proper routine maintenance for their vehicles. 2. It was almost impossible to reach their office by phone. After countless calls (even the staff at another rental company helped us try contacting them), someone finally answered and said help would arrive in half an hour. However, it actually took three hours, and they ended up hiring a local taxi driver to deliver and replace the battery and oil. I believe renting cars from large international chains is much more reliable. They have proper rescue services and follow regulations for retiring high-mileage cars. This was the worst car rental experience I've had in over ten years and dozens of rentals abroad, which disrupted our travel plans significantly.
The car was good. We drove over 1600 kilometers. When returning it, it was covered in dust, but the inspection was quick and efficient, comparable to major car rental companies. Very satisfied.
The car rental company is quite good. The staff are professional and explained everything very clearly. They know we have full insurance from a domestic platform, so they didn't push any additional coverage. They refer to the domestic platform as the 'car rental company.' There are several bus stops nearby, one by the stadium and another on the road behind the rental office, both easy to find. The car was parked in the lot across the street.
In addition to credit and debit cards, you can now pay for online car rentals with cryptocurrency! Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Bitcoin Cash (BCH) are accepted. Curious about how long a Bitcoin transaction takes or how to pay with Bitcoin? Read our FAQs for more details.
