But over 10 days later, they deducted another 40 euros, saying this was their company's administration fee, while the previous amount was for the traffic department. This feels like arbitrary and excessive charging! Who knows if they will charge again, claiming it's a fee from the rental platform next time? The original rental contract didn't clearly state what fees would be incurred for violations, and now they are just charging random fees afterward.
