The store couldn't find my reservation, which wasted an hour of my time and seriously affected my travel plans and mood. The vehicle model was completely different from what I booked—it was a lower-tier model with a different price. They responded claiming it was the same tier, which is absolutely nonsense.
Clean vehicle, but there was some existing (slight) damage. Overall good experience, and counter staff made it easy to add another driver as well as change drop off location.
Very helpful staff at Hertz, though it took processing time but I off i go to get the car.
