Quite good, the guy at the counter was very helpful. They didn't have the Fiat I booked and gave me a Hyundai instead, which felt underpowered. Additionally, picking up the car with an empty tank felt quite unsafe. Everything else was very satisfactory!
No deposit required, unlimited mileage, optional upselling which can be declined. The rental company charged an extra 200 lira for highway fees and did not provide the detailed highway bill on the return day. Since it was paid in cash, there was no way to recover the overpaid amount.
The process was very simple, and the car was in good condition. There was only one tire pressure warning which was resolved at a gas station without any major issue. Returning the car was smooth as well; just paid the highway toll and left.
