The wait time to get the car ready and the unwillingness of the counter staff to give the cost break-up & answer my queries around cost was the only downside. If I remember correctly the delay was because they were fixing tyre puncture. Rest was all good, the car condition, cleanliness and pickup drop location.

When renting, they greeted us with a smile and said they could help with any issues. However, when a problem actually arose, they said they do not provide that service and charged an additional service fee starting from 100 euros.
Very satisfied. They offer a free second driver, have a warm and personable attitude, and are easy to communicate with. The vehicles are mostly economy class. The owner is a young Hungarian entrepreneur who is very considerate of his customers.
