So they plain lied to me. Car gas as on 30% and not at full and the keys were thrown at me over the counter. I had to walk outside the parking lot by myself and find my car, and check for damage and figure out were is everything. By far the most unprofessional service I had. I did not have time to argue with them, since I was at a time crunch.

この会社はひどすぎる!空港到着後、シャトルバスの手配ミスで2時間も遅れて車を受け取りました。店舗は空港から遠く、徒歩ではとても行けませんでした。さらに強制的に保険、スマートカバーを購入させられ、購入しないと車を渡してくれない。両者で協議して購入を決めた後、契約条項(ギリシャ語です)も特に説明されず、ザキントス島で事故が起こった際、離島とフェリーがカバー範囲外だと言われ、英語の翻訳文を渡され、黄色のハイライトで注意点を示されました。レンタカー会社のこの行為は恥を知るべきです。車を受け取る時には強制的な手続きをしながら、事故が起きた時には責任逃れとは!購入した保険の意味が全くありません。非常に不愉快で、この会社は絶対にお勧めしません!

車の受け取りに2時間かかり、返品には1時間の待ち時間がありました。車行には送迎バスが1台しかなく、スタッフが運転手を兼任していたため、手続きをする際に送迎ができませんでした。送迎バスはなかなか来ないので、フライトに間に合わないリスクが高く、時間が無駄になりやすいです。特にフライトに急ぐ人には全くお勧めできません。
