Vehicle was clean and in good condition. Winter tires were in the car as promised. Check in was quick and without any unexpected things. Counter staff explained everything to me. It was quick. Paid 1400 eur deposit from credit card. It was released right after drop off. Brought back with less fuel(forgot to put fuel before arrival), and it was ok me to pay the fuel difference. Drop off was quick also, staff was very helpfull. Then they drive us to the airport.
It was first time I rented a car in Italy. And I saw too many very bad experience reviews from others for other rent companies. But then I discovered Centauro with good reviews. And now from my own experience I would 100% recommend this company. Reasonable price and good quality car and service.
After taking a number at the car rental agency and waiting in line, they tried to upsell insurance but stopped when I told them I had already purchased it. This Kia is a hybrid and drives very well. The fuel consumption is around 5 liters per 100 kilometers. A good rental company.
Strongly not recommended. This was the worst part of the entire trip booking. They forced extra charges, even though I already bought insurance, and still demanded a mandatory purchase. It was inconvenient too. I admit I should have done better research. Make sure to check more tips, everyone!
Bad car. Asked to change it and they said no. Old, dented and scratched car with over 132000 km. Had to replace my own windshield wipers and didn’t get reimbursed.

No issues with QEEQ.com. The only thing I would recommend to have flexibility for car pick up. Had to wait 3 hours because they would not release the car even though it was parked. Dumb!
The overall service was average, and the staff seemed rather impatient during pick-up. Be sure to inspect the car carefully, and it’s best to record a video as evidence. This is a local rental company with affordable rates, but adding insurance is part of their business strategy. Car theft, smash-and-grabs, and luggage theft are common in Italy, especially in parking lots near tourist attractions. The police are typically unhelpful, so it’s highly recommended to purchase comprehensive insurance, including coverage for lost items inside the vehicle. When choosing a rental company, compare the total costs after adding full insurance.
The attitude was average, but the efficiency was good. The process of picking up and exchanging the car was quick. However, the car initially assigned to me couldn't be found, so they provided another one, which was covered in scratches.
Drove carefully and thoroughly considered the need to purchase full insurance. However, shortly after picking up the car on the first day, a pedestrian informed us that half of the license plate had fallen off. Upon inspection, we found the mounting hole was broken. Without a license plate, we could not continue driving and had to return to the hotel, cutting the day's trip short. On the second day, we went back to the rental office intending to switch to a different car but were told the damage to the plate might have been caused by us, so they refused to exchange the car or requested a 200-euro fee to our credit card for processing. After spending the entire morning resolving this, the one-and-a-half-day rental plan ended up lasting less than a day. Very frustrating.
It was good overall. Had to queue for about ten minutes before picking up the car, during which they briefly pitched some extra services. When returning the car, they barely checked its exterior condition. It's true that only Visa or Mastercard chip cards are acceptable; I ended up using a UK debit card to collect the car. (Debit cards might incur currency conversion fees.)

This is by far the worst car rental experience I have ever had. The counter staff fraudulently upgraded my vehicle without my consent and overcharged me 90 euros. This fee is almost double the original rental cost. I did not receive any receipts or notifications about the upgrade during the entire rental process, which is clearly fraudulent. I will definitely never rent from this car rental company again.
