Very good price, decent car and easy drop off. Pick up took a very long time though even though is was off season, about 1.5 hours from clearly passports to having the car.
The shuttle buses are insufficient. I waited for over 40 minutes at the airport before their shuttle finally arrived. Other company's shuttles came by frequently, but not theirs. When I tried calling, there was no direct line, only automated voice menus, and I couldn't get through after being transferred multiple times. When returning the car, even though I had already purchased their full coverage, they still inspected the car very thoroughly. To my surprise, they even demanded a fuel receipt! The tank was full—were they worried I filled it with diesel?!
The same car model is advertised online at a low price to attract customers, but upon arrival, there are no cars available. Then, they use various tactics to try to cheat money. They intentionally operate under multiple brands (Enterprise/National/Alamo/Locauto), but in reality, it's the same dishonest company!
Very satisfied. Upon arrival at the airport, I called, and the lady quickly came to pick me up. During the car rental process, she only asked once if I had bought insurance. When I said yes, she didn't ask further. The car handover was quick, and they gave me a vehicle that had only been driven a little over 1,000 kilometers.
This car rental company has a high rating on Zuzuche, but it was really hard to locate. The staff were very unprofessional, and the car they provided was old and in poor condition. Since we just needed it for basic transportation, we accepted it. However, they charged us a deposit of 2,000 euros. When we returned the car, there were no issues during the inspection, but the next day they charged me over 3,000 euros for repairs without providing any photos. I think this is a fraudulent company. I strongly recommend choosing a well-known brand rental company. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation in my global car rental experiences.
Long wait times, semi-self-service car pickup took a lot of time. The car had many exterior scratches, and I had to report them in advance. Waited in line for nearly an hour. The car was covered in scratches, and I had to send an email to the member center to report them. The pickup process was very poor.
vehicle was not provided, need to take lower category, on top for expebsive insurance, insteqd of 413eur, they blocked 513eur, because of spending about 2 hours to solve the situation and with small kids I had no choice to accept thia situation..
