The wile experience was good and quick. The person at the renting agency was friendly and efficient

First: The car’s braking distance was too long, and I had an accident because of it. Furthermore, the follow-up service to the accident was not transparent. I detailed the accident process, but did not receive any update on the handling result, and 500 CAD was deducted from me. At pickup, the staff urged me to buy additional insurance, or else they required a 500 CAD pre-authorization. I chose the latter, and the staff seemed to know that the car had a higher probability of accidents. Additionally, other branches did not require the purchase of extra insurance.

Thrifty are absolute scam artists. Did not tell us about the extra fees. Ended up paying almost double the amount. Pathetic service

Thé car i received exceeded my expectations. We were so pleased with the service, the car. We felt safe all the way from pick up to drop off.
