Terrible experience. When picking up the car, they said there was a problem with my credit card and denied the rental. It took over three hours and was a waste of time. In the end, it turned out their POS machine had an issue. My credit card had no problems and worked perfectly for transactions everywhere in Tromsø.
Smooth car pickup with no extra sales pitches. There was a dispute over the return time, likely due to staff oversight, but it was resolved through communication with QEEQ.
