The overall service was decent, but not very satisfactory. Returning the car was rushed, especially considering Bangkok's traffic congestion. The process took a lot of time and they were quite unfriendly throughout. Picking up the car was also inconvenient, as I had to wait for half an hour because no one was at the counter.
First, there's no need to queue for pick-up, and the location is easy to find. Second, returning the car is very simple—just hand back the keys. Since it was around 9 PM, the staff didn’t come down to the parking lot for inspection, so I could leave directly.
The car was very new and excellent, no issues occurred throughout the trip.
