After completing the paperwork, we waited for half an hour and had to urge them to bring the car, which ended up being a temporary replacement.

Front two tryes had almost no thread left. We felt the car skidding at times during wet weather although travelling a low speeds. Pick up/drop off service was a breeze.

Like: Samavest gave us a bigger car despite Perodua Axia which was promised earlier. We have requested to change our drop off venue to Kuah Jetty and they are happy to do that. The person in charge was highly responsive when I told him/her the time I need to drop off the vehicle.
Dislike: We have some issues with the brake. It functioned properly but we heard some screeching whenever we use the brake.
