The company says all cars are smoke free but mine smelled horribly of smoke. The right rear tire went flat twice during the week and I had to spend time and money filling it with air. The windshield fluid was out.
I waited over an hour to get my car. There was one person working and the lobby was full. They did not have the vehicle I reserved. The car they gave me was dirty and damaged with dents and scratches.
I really wish you guys didnt go up on your liability
Today I was not able to get a car due to the amount of pay.
Not sure if I will be able to use you guys again

The car was not cleaned properly. Windshield and back window had so many water spots they were difficult to look out of.
Inside of the car was dusty
No signage if where to drop the car off
Inside office was dirty and trashy
