It's a super small car rental company that doesn't operate 24/7. There is no staff available after 9 PM. They double charge, force you to buy insurance, and don't refund deposits. I rented a car for 4 days, and the company charged me $431 in total, even though I had already paid 816 RMB on the rental website. I rented an SUV but ended up with a Corolla. This company is simply a scam.
