パレルモ空港に到着して指示に従えば簡単に見つけられました。ほとんど待つこともなく、店員はそれほど親切ではありませんでしたが、手続きには約20分かかりました。英語が話せるので、コミュニケーションはスムーズでした。保険が必要か聞かれ、「不要」と答えるとそれ以上は聞かれませんでした。車のピックアップは空港正面の駐車場に行き、店舗のロゴと駐車スペースを探せばセルフで受け取れます。
