Counter staff excellent! On picking car up we were given an upgrade. No problems throughout the rental period. Felt very reassured by the young man on initial contact at the counter that any concerns/problems would be addressed ASAP, fortunately this was not necessary. Will definitely book europcar again.

Excellent value for money!. We took our motorhome down to Cornwall and unfortunately the car we normally tow had broken down week prior to departure.
