This company is simply terrible! They didn't show the price when we swiped the card. After signing, we found out that the total price was twice what was quoted by ZUZUCHE. When we asked the front desk, they told us it was because of a $350 fee for returning the car in a different location! I repeatedly told them that this was impossible, and they insisted there was no mistake until another staff member confirmed it. They assured us they would help us get a refund. After returning home, I found that my credit card was still overcharged. We contacted ZUZUCHE customer service and the rental company at least 10 times, sent emails, and even threatened to complain to the Australian Tourism Board if the issue wasn't resolved. Every email received a read receipt, but no action was taken for three months. Finally, they refunded the extra charge for the different location return. However, there was still a charge of over $20 for not returning the car with a full tank. We had refueled on the way to return the car, but there was a parade that day, causing detours and making us forget to get the receipt, leaving us with no evidence. We had to accept the loss. I remind everyone to avoid this company if possible, and if you must choose them, confirm the total price before swiping your card. This was a painful lesson for us.
