Service du personnel ne nous a pas prévenus de dommages sur la voiture. il ne nous a pas expliqué comment conduire la voiture (c'était une voiture hybride). La voiture n'était pas au bon endroit qu'on nous avait dit et il n'y avait personne à qui demander. Nous avons perdu trop de temps et nous avons été stressés. Je pense que quelqu'un aurait dû nous accompagner pour voir si tout allait bien pour la voiture.

Awful rental company, first bad experience after years of renting. They secretly added various insurance charges totaling nearly 200 euros; can't even file a complaint. Terrible.

We landed at NCE T1 and the pick-up was at T2. If I had known I would have possibly booked another rental to avoid the bus transfer (10mins) with my family and the large amount of luggage we had. Once at T2 there was no problems and the pick-up was smooth and easy. Staff were polite and efficient.

Nous avons attendu presque 2 heures pour récupérer notre véhicule, avec 2 enfants et étant prétendument en file "prioritaire". Aucune vérification du véhicule effectuée par EuropCar lors de sa récupération. On nous a proposé une upgrade vers un véhicule "offre spéciale super interessante": plus de 2 fois plus cher pour avoir un véhicule de catégorie supérieure: scandaleux !
