Please provide information on Japan's "expressway pass"

The service attitude was good, but the staff had difficulty communicating in English, and their explanations of vehicle usage were insufficient.

The promised model was not available, and we were given a smaller one. We prepaid but there was no reservation for the specific model. Poor service.

This time the car was provided by TIMES! They transferred my order to another company without informing me beforehand, causing me to wander around the pickup point looking for my car! I wasted over an hour and had to make an international call to Zuzuche customer service to complain, only to find out it was TIMES! I think Zuzuche is largely to blame! They must seriously reflect on my unpleasant experience and compensate me for my losses!!!

Very detailed explanation when pick up at check in. Car is very clean as Japanese standard.

Nothing too special, delivered what it should deliver

Extremely polite service, nothing was too much trouble or effort. Assisted in changing the sat nav to English for us which made everything much easier.

Customer service was very prompt in answering my queries.
