Like: I booked a compact car and ended up with a Dodge Challenger, which was not what I was expecting for the price and size, but obviously a very nice surprise. Dislike: Picking up the car took a long time (over 30 minutes) but that was mostly due to Hertz being understaffed at the desk with only one attendant and other rental companies out of cars for the date I was there. So the line was long when we arrived. That being said, the staff on hand did their best to move everyone along.
