Extremely bad. The reasons are as follows: (1) I clearly rented a Myvi, but they gave me a Viva??? (2) The airport pickup service is very slow. We had to wait at the airport for half an hour for the pickup when we arrived; and again for more than half an hour when returning the car. (3) The staff have a bad attitude. When we complained about their delay, they responded with indifference and dismissiveness. (4) The car was extremely dirty, not only full of dust but also had a strange smell, which made me car sick on the first day. To sum up, this is the worst of the worst. I will never rent a car from this company (big thumb) again when I visit Langkawi.

We arrived at the pickup location earlier than scheduled. Initially, we didn't expect to get a car right away, but they arranged it for us very quickly.

Dislike: Car brakes were in very bad condition.

Like: My car was upgraded to Myvi.
