The AVIS staff saw the BUDGET queue and proactively assisted in processing orders (they actually belong to the same company). After inquiring if we needed the full tank return service, there was no further upselling. Their attitude was excellent. They provided us with a new KIA SPORTAGE 4WD, which was perfect for our trip to the Sierra Nevada. Thumbs up!

The wait time for picking up the car was quite long. I was charged a high fuel service fee of $40 for not refueling the car before returning it.
