Some people might overlook a few days of downgrades, but I cannot. The description clearly stated a five-seater, with a trunk that can fit three 24-inch suitcases. I have used compact SUVs like the RAV4, and they meet this condition perfectly. However, the car I received couldn't even fit two 24-inch suitcases, and additional luggage had to be placed on the back seats. I didn't need to seat five people on this trip, but what if I had to? The car's performance was poor, with no acceleration beyond 100 km/h even with the pedal to the floor. It was infuriating to drive, and I decided to file a complaint immediately. Anyone who has driven a Venue would understand how bad it is. Be cautious with DOLLAR. I have already filed a complaint with their headquarters via email. I am very disappointed with this rental company. If you encounter any problems, filing a complaint through the rental app is basically useless. Choose wisely, choose wisely.
