When returning the car, we called the company but no one was there. They said they went to a religious service. We returned after refueling but still, no one was there, and we had to wait. There was a small scratch on the left rear side during the inspection, and we were told it was no big deal. A week after we returned home, we received a bill for 641 NZD for the damage.

Overall the car was good and new but booking was made for 8am pickup however we waited almost 3 hours for Rental office to open which delayed our short trip. Location of rental pick was not easy to find.
