The car was ok but the service was terrible.

We waited 40 minutes for someone to pick us up, but when we were about to get in the car, it drove off. We called the rental company and waited another 15 minutes before another car arrived. We have rented from this company twice. The first time, we returned the car at 8:00 AM, but there was no one at the lot. We left the keys on the counter and had to take a taxi to the airport ourselves. The second time, when we returned the car after coming back from Banff, no one attended to us for a long time. We handed over the keys and were told we could leave. I insisted on a proper check and signed confirmation that there were no issues. The gas tank was empty when we picked up the car.

We waited over 40 minutes at the airport for the driver to pick us up. When he finally arrived, he first drove to Richmond to handle some personal matters, which resulted in over an hour to get to the rental location. Extremely dissatisfied with the poor service and lack of integrity in communication.

Need to be patient for shuttle transfers and during car pick up.

Like: Staff was efficient and very courteous. Clean, low cost office and grounds for incredibly low cost of car rental.
Dislike: The limited free mileage of 200 kilometers made me have to keep that in mind the whole trip, so it limited my trip.
