Arrived late for pickup and was charged 48 euros. Returned the car 5 hours late and was charged an extra day's fee of 70 euros. Why is such a terrible provider even part of the system?

Would be good to have staff wearing a t-shirt or shirt with the company logo on it. We were told to meet “a guy wearing a grey t-shirt” outside to collect the car. Also at busy times additional staff are needed when collecting/dropping off cars
