When I returned the car an hour late, I was charged an additional 20 MYR, despite not exceeding the 24-hour rental period. Bookings within 24 hours should have the same rate.

When booking, they said there would be a sign, but there wasn't and I had to call them to come over. Also, it was actually at K1, not K2. So it was quite cumbersome; they didn't clearly tell me where to wait, so I ended up running around a lot. They were also very impatient.
