Like: The car from Paradise Car Rental was exactly what we expected. We needed a GPS and this was found on the spot for us though we hadn't booked one at RM25 per day of course. Fairly new car, approx 20000 km on the clock and on delivery I was presented with the offer of a Touch and Go card to use. Nice touch, Waja. Overall friendliness of the staff. They gave me a lift back to KLIA 2 on drop off.
Dislike: No office or person at KLIA 2; so when I arrived there and called the number and no one answered I was worried but they sent an automated text to call another number which stayed engaged. Eventually, I got a person on the line and she very efficiently dispatched a driver (her manager) and car to KLIA 2. So other than that hiccup at arrival all went very well.

The car is very new with only 10,000 km clocked. However, they do not have a counter at KLIA2. They only have counter at KLIA1. So you will have to call the number provided when you have arrived. The car will then be delivered from KLIA1. As for returning the car, you will have to call them and arrange for them to meet you at KLIA2. It will be a bit of hassle though if you are returning the car outside their counter operating hours. Nonetheless, their rates is very competitive.

Not sure if it was because I obtained the car a very good price, but I was provided with what at least among all the cars available the worst car, had lots of damage (dents, scratches) and mechanically not the best car as there were lots of odd sounds coming from the car when driving.

Affordable and staff spoke good English. Processing at the counter in KLIA1 was swift. A counter at KLIA2 will be great to cut short pick up and drop off time. The car I had ran with a slightly worn bearing noise but the car manage to serve me well albeit the the slightlly noisy bearing issue.

I have booked Perodua Bezza but given a Proton Saga. Which during the booking session, I took Bezza because of the trunk size as I am expecting to carry more than 4 bags despite the rental fee of Bezza was higher then Saga. Bezza was RM293 and Saga was RM275. When I asked why am I given a Saga instead of Bezza, the representative told me that they upgraded the vehicle because Bezza is not available at the moment. Which makes me wonder, upgraded with lower rental car??? I have no choice at that time but to agree to take the car as the only car available was Saga.

When booking, they said there would be a sign, but there wasn't and I had to call them to come over. Also, it was actually at K1, not K2. So it was quite cumbersome; they didn't clearly tell me where to wait, so I ended up running around a lot. They were also very impatient.

The pickup location was hard to find, no one came to pick us up. We called from just 50 meters away requesting someone to pick us up, but they refused and rudely hung up. We wandered around for nearly an hour, luckily a kind person guided us to the store. At the store, we requested a credit card slip for the transaction but were told the card was only used for registration. However, the bank indicated two failed transactions of 1000 MYR each (because I had set a limit on the card as a precaution). The car return location was still at KLIA Terminal 1. A week later, we had a new booking requesting pickup at KLIA2 (QEEQ order specified pickup at KLIA2), but the store wanted to charge 25 MYR (we have a recording as evidence).

I scheduled to pick up the car at 1 PM on July 31st! Before boarding the flight from Penang to Kuala Lumpur, I received a reminder from the rental company about picking up the car. However, when I arrived at the designated location, no one was there. I called the rental company, and they asked for my reservation number. Later, they replied that the reservation had been canceled an hour ago and claimed they had sent me an email, but I never received any such email until I returned home on the 3rd. I made an international call from the airport to the customer service for assistance, but they also said there were no cars and advised me to check for any available similar models at the location and rent one directly, which I would later need to resolve on my own. Because it was a holiday, I spent almost 3 hours at the airport. I asked around, but most rentals required advance booking. Eventually, I managed to book a car through a domestic travel platform, but the price was 40% higher than before. Despite all this, my status on the rental company’s app still showed everything was normal, and on the 2nd, I even received a message reminding me to return the car!

The car was driven directly to the airport exit when we picked it up, very convenient. I provided the wrong phone number, and although it took a long time to find us, they did not complain at all. I saw a warning light on and thought there was something wrong with the car, so they gave us a replacement the next day. Their navigation was not accurate, they arrived two minutes late and still apologized. Excellent service!

The car's fuel gauge showed nearly empty right after leaving the airport. Before returning the car, I contacted customer service for nearby gas stations due to difficulty finding one. They directed me to another customer service representative on WeChat, but the WeChat number was invalid. I informed them in advance that I might be late returning the car due to searching for a gas station and peak traffic congestion, but received no response. When I returned the car an hour late, I was charged an additional 20 MYR, despite not exceeding the 24-hour rental period. Bookings within 24 hours should have the same rate.
