They were ok.
We really had very nice experience with the pasat except 2 things.
1. When I took the car it was night and rainy so I didn't notice that on the front window there was a little crack and it was really annoying and interapt my drive.
2.
There was no spear tire in the vehicle.
Other than that everything was just perfect.

車の受け取りに連れて行ってくれず、受け取り場所が非常に分かりにくいし、標識もない。スタッフの英語があまり上手くなくて、訛りが強すぎて理解しにくい。車の保険（外装保険か全車保険のどちらかを選ぶ）を強制的に購入させられ、事前に説明がないまま若い運転手料金を追加で請求された。

レンタカーを借りた際に保険の状況が十分に説明されていなかったため、返済した後に請求額を下げる保険料を請求された。顧客サービスの英語力が向上する必要があります。
後期の反応についてコール迅速に回复。 しかし、レンタカーを借りる際に出てくる可能性のある店は、追加の保険料を請求したほうが十分だ。
