friendly and efficient staff. nice car - free upgrade. quick and easy pick up and drop off. only point they could improve on was cleanliness and condition of child seats, one was quite dirty and another one was missing 4 point harness. resolved promptly though.

The staff was very friendly, and both pick-up and drop-off were extremely quick. At drop-off, the staff just walked around the car for a quick inspection and checked the fuel gauge. Everything was OK. With my flight approaching, I thought returning the car would take time, but it was surprisingly fast. Thumbs up!

This car rental company charged us 300 euros for roadside assistance with a towing service, which was supposed to be covered by insurance. So far, they have not reimbursed us. The rental platform has not taken any action and has continuously delayed the issue.

Lotus were superb. Very helpful on pick up, couldn't do enough for us. On return, I filled up the car around 50 Kilometers away. When I got back to the airport, I tried to top up the fuel to full, but there was issues at both garages I tried with accepting UK credit cards. Other travels were also having issues, pumps were not manned. So, I returned the car 85 % full. The guy at Lotus said 'don't worry, you tried, there will be no charge'. If this was the USA I would have been charged a full tank. Thanks you Lotus.
