Not bad, but the car was a bit old. Support during the trip wasn't great; you had to resolve issues yourself.

I felt wronged because in the return was asked a damage to the wheel that I did not and later charged to my credit card (value of NZ$ 138.00). They simply sent a document (like a repair company) from Lovetrip itself with the cost of repairing to wheel.

How do I proceed in this case?

Basically its a company that going to get insurance money... It's a cheating.. Trouble...

The vehicle had a lot of damage, I tried to mark it all down but unfortunately missed a chip in the windscreen. I then had to pay for this, $102.00 To anyone picking up a car make sure you go over it with a fine tooth comb. take pictures of everything! Also maybe bring a few cds as the Japanese only picks up one station.

Great value , car was big enough for 2 plus suitcases. No problems
