We scheduled to pick up the car at 8:00 AM, but didn't see any staff until 9:40 AM. We got the car and completed the inspection at 10:12 AM, waiting like fools for nearly 2 hours. When the tire burst on the highway, we asked the staff on WeChat for a solution, but they were uncooperative and told us to contact someone else. The problem was that the contact number they gave us didn't work! Finally, we had to contact the customer service of the rental platform. The only good thing was that the car was relatively new.

KLIA terminal1なら目の前の駐車場なので便利です。T2到着だと送迎が必要なのでwhat'sAppでのやり取りが発生します。待ち合わせ場所は複雑ではないので迷いませんでしたが、朝8時から営業開始なので早朝便で到着すると長い時間待つことになるのが難点。ただしスタッフの方もとても親切でした。

staff is very helpful & polite... the rental is also reasonable. They provide shuttle service from Klia 2 to rental center which located at Klia, the shuttle driver is a kind uncle... all the procedures are smooth and fast, i get my car within ten minutes... i will choose this company next time if i want rent a car again.
