I didn't get the car, but they still charged me. Is it my fault I didn't bring a Visa card? Why doesn't the app clearly state that you must use a Visa card? Other companies don't require a Visa, but this one, with the highest rating, insists on it?

1 year ago, I rented a car from this car provider at Chiang Rai. At then, the staff gave me much smile. So, at this time...humm, staff was not impolite, but...so so.
