Everything went smoothly, the counter is right outside Terminal 1. However, the efficiency was typical of France, very slow. What normally takes 5 minutes took nearly an hour, waiting for the paperwork and then the keys... I was assisted by a black gentleman with a very heavy accent, which was challenging for my not-so-good English. When returning the car, I was assisted by a white gentleman. The return process was simple, just hand over the keys, done in ten seconds.

Not get the car ive booked for but after multiple requests, gave me a great vehicle.

Surprisingly there was a long queue and the staff were doing their best but also were helping each other with issues so waiting times exceeded expectations. I assume though it was a one off thing. The car was parked horribly. There was no space to open the door not to mention the distance to the next parked car was maybe 20cm. I had to get in the car from the back seat and crawl to the driver seat ! I hope this won't happen again. I will yet try Europcar again.

En arrivant sur place j'ai su qu'il n'y a pas de véhicule et il faut attendre 1h - 1h30. Je devais partir au travail alors j'ai du appelé mon entreprise pour les informer que je ne serai pas là. Vraiment horrible et on s'en fou de votre situation en disant qu'on n'a pas de voiture. Et un client avait eu une voiture en arrivant 30 min après moi.
