I didn't know the store added an 'Enhanced Protection (EP) Fee.' The contract needs to be signed to pick up the car, but it's not the insurance I wanted. I bought all the necessary insurance already and showed him my order. I only wanted to pay $497.6, but he said the prepayment was collected by you, and the $675.87 was charged by the store. Due to time constraints, we hurried to pick up and return the car, paid the fee first, and decided to address it later.
Also, 497.6 + 4.48 + 163.66 does not equal 675.87! It equals 665.74, thank you!
Rented from Alamo for the first time. Booked a compact car and got to choose one at pickup. The car wasn't in great condition, but they upgraded it for free, which was very satisfactory!
