The car wasnt ready to pick up at the airport, instead, a staff drove to meet and take us to the airport car park nearby (abt 5 mins ride) for car pick up. It would be much better if they can arrange to pick up the car right at the airport. The staffs were nice and helpful though.
As a tourist from Hong Kong, it was convenient that the staff could speak Mandarin and Cantonese. The vehicles were new and clean, and the staff were polite. The process for both picking up and returning the car was quick. They also provided useful tips for driving on the road. I will definitely rent from them again next time.
Didn't inspect the car in advance; tires were worn out. They only changed the tires the next day after I requested it. Gave me a Vios as a replacement for a day and still asked for fuel costs. Couldn't return the car at klia2, had to go to the rental office in klia. What a terrible company!
