Budget counter shares a space with Avis, and the actual rental was done at the Avis counter. There was only one staff member, and the customer ahead of me took a long time. The staff's attitude was acceptable, and no insurance was suggested. After photocopying my passport, it was left in the copier, and in my haste to get the car, I didn’t notice. Extremely dissatisfied, they overcharged excessively. This is the worst scam I've encountered. The original rental fee was 1266 RMB, including insurance, but the final bill suddenly had additional charges, reaching nearly 5000 RMB. It's terrifying!
