It took too long to pick up the car. There were no other customers, and I didn't need to queue. They were just processing my request and made me wait there for a long time.
Substantial added payments required on extra drivers (6$ per day per extra driver) whereas it has become standard to be included. Rental counter staff were not aware we have already purchased insurance. VAT was a substantial amount added on top of the rental amount.
In the end we paid over 1000₪ for an initial rental amount of ~550₪.
They tried to charge us the deposit! The car was a bit damaged and with some warning signals (red lights). We had to argue not to be charged for the deposit.
They clearly tried to make money on us.
