There were a lot of upsells, including insurance and returning the car with an empty tank.

Car was very dirty inside and out and this was a disappointment for me. There was food remnants on the seats inside. Outside windscreens were very dirty as well and vision was difficult as a result - front and back. On questioning the staff at Budget Jerusalem when picking up car I was informed that they didnt' have time to clean the vehicle.

Fantastic, easy and smooth process

I received a weaker car then expected which was unfair even though they had the car I saw online and booked. The people at the location were unfriendly and not helpful and introduced extra charges upon pick up.. not satisfied with their service.

make up story's in order to make more money on innocent people!! waiting hours to get a car. standing all time and no bathroom in the place. only two workers at peek time.
