When I showed up there was only one car available and it was much smaller than the car I rented. But that is what they had assigned to me. I waited over 45 minutes for a different car to show up. Although the different car had a lot of damage, it was the correct type of car so I took it. When I returned the car I was informed the $800 fee that was on hold on my credit card was going to be returned. It has been a week and the charge is still on my credit card. This is ridiculous.

La voiture avait plusieurs imperfections a la carrosserie lorsque nous l'avons récupérée. Suite à l'ouragan Irma c'est très comprenable. Il n'y a pas eu de problème au retour le personnel était très gentil.

Car lemon dangerous tires,flat on open road, spare deflated, lost hour to inflate spare at Sol and change whell, charge a NEW tire....where no value to old tire.Aggressive person at counter Clients inside all frustrated by his behavior.more and more....

The car we rented had a lot of scratch & dents, I pointed them out to the agent & he noted them along with taking photos. After touring the island I could see the driving habits of the locals and how the dents were acquired, when returning the vehicle there were no issues and had a quick return and drop off at the airport.
