Highly recommend, great value and service

The pick-up and drop-off process was very quick, and the staff were extremely friendly.

The service staff was too slow. There was only one person in front of me, but I had to wait almost half an hour.

I rented from Thrifty and waited in line for a bit. I'm not very good at English, but the staff wrote down key information for me, including the total insurance amount (required for those under 25), deposit fees, return time, etc. They didn't try to upsell additional services.

Easy process, friendly staff, good car condition.

Very good, just don't rely too much on GPS guides as they can sometimes mislead you!
