Like: Quick and easy drop off. Friendly staff both at pick up and at drop off. Dislike: I was first offered a Ford Kuga, when i was specifically booked a lower class vehicle (smaller). In the end they managed to find a car within the class i booked.
Car was smaller than expected.
Waiting in a queue for over an hour to collect the car was totally unacceptable.
