This is the second time I’ve booked at this location and twice they did t have the car I reserved and paid for. The counter representative was no help.

“Great deal”
About Routes: 8.3 /10
Rental fee is way cheaper than others, but car condition is as good as others or better. Accessing pickup location from the airport is a bit tricky. You need to take airport shuttle to Rental hub, and then call Routes office for another shuttle to the pickup location. It takes easily over 30 min. It is still worth taking time for pickup because the deal is so good. Also direct shuttle service from the dropoff location to the airport is provided after returning a car.
