The service was excellent and very patient. The car was in great condition, a brand new one. During the return, there was no need to wash the car.

The service at the pickup location was good, but the lady at the counter was quite arrogant. The car was relatively new and in great condition. However, it was very difficult to get through to the service phone. For urgent matters like rescheduling, you could only contact the domestic rental website.

The service was very professional and the car was in excellent condition.
